Why can't I access my gmail account "rockinrev.pickard1@gmail.com"?
Click on g-mail icon like I always have & it takes me to a search screen. Not being particularly computer literate, I don't know where to go from there. One simple click is all it used to take.
Sounds like you may have downloaded something that installed a redirect engine. Do you recognize the search page as one you've used before? If not, then you have to find the program that has hijacked your computer and is redirecting your searches. If you do not know how to do this, check with friends and family for help. I could explain how to check and where to check but if you are truly computer illiterate, you will have no idea what I'm talking about.
