Run a cartridge cleaning cycle on your printer. Without knowing which printer you have I can not tell you how to get to it exactly. Look for a Tools option or Toolbox icon or Set up on your printers on board menu. Scroll through the options until you find one for cartridge cleaning or clean print cartridges. Also, make sure you download the picture from the e-mail and save it to your pictures. Don't try to print it straight from the e-mail.
