I had a problem with my laptop and the wireless printer where I work. So, I looked on the internet found the contact details for the printer manufacturer, in this case it was Lexmark. I telephoned them and the person I spoke to took control of my laptop by remote control, and did it all for me, at no charge whatsoever. Why not give it a try, but make sure you contact the correct people,as there are alot of rogues out there. Good luck.

Do you have a router? Did you connect the wireless printer to your home network through the router so your computer can find it? Does your computer have Bluetooth installed so it can find the printer's signal? Did you read and follow the instructions for connecting your wireless printer to your computer or computer's network?
