Maybe a small spider bite - I had one nip me a week ago on my forearm, I even watched him do it. about the size of a pinhead. It was a little red dot with pink around it about 1/4 inch. It itched, went away in a couple hours.
Explanation. I was fascinated by a cluster of new spider hatchlings, There's must've been 200+ little guys all clustered together, I poked at it and they all went running, I had some 'leap' right to my hand and scurry off in all directions. One of em got me. LOL!
