      I skyped (typed) with my grandfather earlier today and I told him I was preggers.


      He said, "I hope this is an April Fools joke"!


      Yes, gramps I'm kidding!


      (Not the funniest, but it's the only opportunity I had today to play a prank on someone)

        Poor Gramps! It's funny he was hoping it was a joke! Good for your gramps that he is up to date on the date and all that! I bet you played tricks on him in earlier years , didn't you? You are lucky to still have living grandparents!

        Clu my grandfather is my rock! He's been the most amazing man in my life! I'm not good at explaining myself, but Roy has come to know my grandfather fairly well over skype and he can attest to my grandfathers' very unique/comedic personality. I'm blessed to still have my grandfather.

        My grandfather is the man I told you about who got transferred to Indiana. You were born there correct? He was raised on a farm and still wears suspenders. (*~*)

        Wow! That is really great ! Is he still in Indiana? My husband wears suspenders too! LOL :) Also suspenders are getting hard to find! Tell Gramps "Hello" from a fellow Hoosier!

        When i was a kid i worked for a paving company my co worker bud and I wanted the day off so we went early to the bosses hose and showered his windows to simulate rain fall ..we got the day off as well as the rest of the summer..

          It wasn't funny then and it's not funny now, but I had my husband served with divorce papers at work on April 1st.  He thought it was a joke...at first.
