          So glad you like it. I made a 4-leaf clover pendant for my jewelry class a couple weeks ago. It's of copper...turned out pretty well, and I earned a "B". :D Keep us posted on those grades!!
          (I'm taking some classes at a community college this spring semester and really enjoying it. Of course, my courses are for fun and personal enrichment, not for a career).

                But the snag here is that the Altiplano doesn't actually have a separate movement. Instead the case of link the watch itself is the movement plate. link Does that mean the "movement" is actually 2mm thick Or 2mm thick minus link the height of the crystal bezel case and hands

                  Thanks to the miracle of remote work my friends and I now spend part of summer in Spain's Costa Brava. The other day we took a boat out to explore the coast. link Mike was there in a recently acquired GMT-Master II a tribute to his childhood love of Batman which he'll probably hand off any day now. His sister and my wife were with us both in watches we had given them. We were chatting about Mike's gifting habit when he described the reasoning behind it with link a link resonant cliché.
