Now, traditionally, "bronze" usually means an alloy of copper and tin, but there are modern bronzes which don't use any tin at all (aluminum and link zinc are common substitutes, and gallium, which is part of the same link group as aluminum on the periodic table, is a component of Bronze Gold). I think, given the metallurgy, it link seems reasonable to think of Bronze Gold as both a 9k gold, and as a bronze as well.
