Cheat and just buy a jar of poultry seasoning.  It’s perfect……….. But if you want to go all fresh, rosemary is very good with chicken……..

Freeze dried onions, or onion salt, garlic,salt and pepper, and sprinkle some parmesan cheese on top of it .....right before you eat it. Better yet, some Romano cheese.
