Rollerskating. When I was in grade school I went to the roller skate rink alot. One day after skating for an hour I decided to just run home. It was three miles. I did that without getting out of breath. Rollerskating will work out the muscles in the legs and develop a more balance when doing physical work. At school I outran everybody. Then the roller skating rink went out of business.
