Sad but true, those shopping carts could be considered stolen property. I don't know what the politicians are trying to prove, but don't you think you are paying for those missing carts through higher prices at those stores? I do.

It really is...I'm a little cautious about believing all those cardboard signs, though, as I've been taken advantage more than once.
