    I need to write a statement for my tenants on the rent paid for 2013 for taxes

    He should be able to just saw his rent receipts. Go to any office supply store and buy a book of receipts. They don't cost much. Or you can download and print free receipts right off the internet http://www.vertex42.com/ExcelTemplates/receipt-template.html
