GOOOD one. My young man is on his feet this morning. He'd escort me even. My friend says it's an all-age affair.

    ""We're like two lost
    souls
    Swimmin' in a fish
    bowl
Year and year ..." Is that it?

My friend sat very close to "the tiger" whatever that means.

It was great, Roy. James even cried. The music was incredible. The story, hard to repeat……..

OK, I know how a good production can get under your skin .

I always hear about the good things ... I rarely get to go. I'm going to look it up and see if I can get the story and some songs.

Itsmee, you need to see it. Nothing will makes sense until you do, it’s hard to explain……..

The Rolling Stones at Wembley, it was about 14 years ago. I saw them once in the 60's when they were young, and so was I at the time. They played at Glastonbury last year, still as good as they ever were.

Love those boys.My son-in-law seldom misses a concert. He calls me when they do Sweet Virginia. His favorite & my favorite. Yes, greatest. I agree.

John Fogerty (formerly CCR) was great!!!

Has he ... uh ... passed? You use the past verb. It probably means he's not recording any more.

The concert was great. He is very much alive and performing.

I'll check him out. I collect music ... I go back in history and pick up some really old artists. I don't mean John Fogerty is old. BTW, he almost came to our apartment when we both lived in San Francisco. Didn't quite happen but that's my story and I'm sticking' to it.

I fell off my seat   "" at the Neil Diamond concert.

Because you were distracted or... :)

It was awesome to see a young ND, that amazing voice filling the arena. I mean, LOOK at those eyes, Ducky, and tell me you don't get a little chill of excitement. I'm not a big hairy chest lover, but, for this guy, I'll make an exception. He's much older now, of course, but he is a good-looking old guy now. Always loved his music. :D

I hope he came and picked you up.lol

@Bob...couldn't agree more. I liked his music too and he was quite adorable when he was young and still not bad for an "old guy". :)
    Bob/PKB

@Dollybird: When I was looking through a bunch of ND pix online, I saw one where he had signed it, "Sorry, this guy is taken". Nah, he didn't come pick me up, a chubby, pimple-faced teenager wearing horn-rimmed glasses and too much makeup. He might actually have played the other side of the stage having caught sight of me...

I bet you were not the only female that fell off your seat, mmmmmm

Whitney Houston at Jones Beach, NY in the late '80's.

Charlie Pride, once in UK and in Nashville.

    I am
    I think I am
    Therefore, I am
    I think
(inner man) There you go, man,
Stay as cool as you can
    Face miles and miles
    of files with smiles
    It riles them to perceive
    That you believe the web
    they weave
    Keep on thinking free ...

My long-term memory is in shape.
Wish I could say the same for my short term.
Some times I think those of us who live in those days took our lessons from our music and we listened to the very very best. However, some of the music that comes out now is just incredible.

Yes Clonge they did "The Answer".
