      Stop drinking for one. When the alcohol leaves your body, the car will start. I know you have to have the breathalyzer calibrated monthly so you can't claim it's broken.

        that's why my friend, Angie doesn't have a car, b/c she said the fee for one of those devices costs $ 75. per month

        $75 per month plus the fee to have it re-calibrated each month I believe.
