Two packets (about 2 lbs. total) of cut-up turkey meat, frozen, were put on the counter to partially-thaw but were forgotten and in the morning were thawed (including while still-frozen they were there for about 12 hours). I presume that this is not safe to eat? But could it be put into a pot pie and when cooked might be all right??????

'When in doubt, throw it out' and next time: to avoid wasting good food, pay more attention, right. Thanks, all. This is the first time I've asked questions....
