You might have downloaded another program and Firefox came with it. Lots of people have been tricked this way. Chances are, you can hit the "Start" function, then "Control Panel" and then "Uninstall". Then right*click and get rid of it, assuming you have Windows 7, or maybe another version or versions of Windows. Try it and let me know if it worked.

I have a Mac. I run into problems like this quite a bit. PC's are better in this way. Remember Mac's slogan THINK DIFFERENT. That's kinda why I started with Mac 22 years ago. (or so)
