      To answer all questions that are asked in an intelligent manner or in a manner that can be understood. Sometimes this means having to decipher really bad spelling or read a mind or two because people love to short change their questions of important information or details.

        To educate people as to the questions they're asking. We're just lay people.But, we answer some questions based on our own education and life experience.
