Bladder infection, see a doctor this can cause problems it not cared for. Then drink some Cranberry Juice to keep it from coming back.

Yes it could be bladder infection, STD and kidney stones, only way to know for sure see your DR.

Sounds like you might be passing a Kidney Stone.
