    how to add information form my folder to e-mail

    Click attachments usually located under the e-mail message body. Locate the folder that has the information you want to send. Open the folder and click the file you want to add to the email. Click the file, then click open. Do this for each file. 

    I can not find that on yahoo! mail, and there  is nothing in the file menu. can you think of anywhere else i can look

    On yahoo mail, attachments is the paperclip icon.
