Moved Weebs comment here > Thanks Colleen---yes I DO have the latest version---as for support or help---I hit a firewall before they let me into the site----one cryptic note "Sorry you have to have latest version of Chrome, blah, blah, blah....."
Then you will have to find a way to contact the techs for the program you are trying to install. I can't help you with this, only they can. Sorry.
