Predator control would be a person in charge of complaints and problems stemming from wildlife. In the USA, this person is called a Game Warden. Other forms of predator control are licensed exterminators who will rid your property of pesky animals, rodents, snakes, insects etc.

Livestock control is domestic animal control.  An animal control officer is in charge of investigating animal abuse claims or taking care of domestic animals who have broken free of their pen/cage/stable, ect and are running free off their property.
