      Yes morning and evening, twice a day. My dentist tells me that I brush too much , wearing the enamel away.

        That's what my bro used to tell my mom when he was a pre teen. His teeth are very good still, and he's getting close to 69.

        usually twice a day, but after lunch i will use Colgate Plax to wash my month.
