I've answered you before on this but here goes again. akaQA is owned by a group of private investors. It is not owned by any major corporation. Just a small group of people who thought it would be fun to design a web forum, each putting in their share for the cost of programming and advertising to get it on the internet with good visibility.

No, it is hosted to GoDaddy. Meaning the owners of akaQA pay GoDaddy for the web domain that akaQA is on. Because akaQA is on a domain from GoDaddy, we get better visibility. Before you play sleuth, you should know something about websites and domains and how they work.

I was made aware that it is currently owned by GoDaddy.....no secret at all. The information is easily available.

Not really. It's a mistake many people make. Basically the owners of akaQA, rent a domain from GoDaddy who ensure that this forum gets great visibility on the internet.

You found the page that a person reports abuse to I guess, not the actual homepage. GoDaddy does not host illicit websites but some owners lie about their site. If you find a website doing something illegal and it is hosted by GoDaddy, you can report it to GoDaddy and they will suspend it and remove it from it's domain.
