      Did you call the number on the back of the card or the number that is on the insert that came with the card?

        IF I COULD ACTIVATE THIS SMART CARD I WOULD SHOP AT FRED'S MORE OFTEN.CAN YOU PLEASE ACTIVATE THIS CARD??
