How do you pay off an outstanding bill in the pay it later account?
I recently signed up for PayPal BillMeLater account. I spent $52.00 and wanted to pay it back. I set a payment which I thought PayPal would take from my bank account. Instead, the payd $52.00 TO my bank account. What can I do? I don't understand the system.

You need to log into your bill me later account to pay the bill. Bill me later is not part of Paypal. You can log into your account here >> https://www.billmelater.com/login/index.xhtml
Use the same user name (usually your e-mail address) and password you created when you signed up for the account.
