      Which company did you get service from? Try looking for their website. If you find it, look for a contact us option and see if they list an e-mail address.

            If you mean e-mail,perhaps your computer is running slow. Have you done any maintence on it lately? Deleted cookies, deleted browsing history, done a defrag?
