    my sisters blood pressure is always over 200/160 and she is taking ramipril. what may be the cause of it always on the high side. she is 39 and she has migraines. please help

    This is something your sister needs to discuss with her doctor. There are many things that can cause high blood pressure. The migraines may be due to the high blood pressure. Instead of trying to guess, have your sister get the information from her doctor and ask her to share that information with you. We are a general question and answer forum with volunteers from around the world, none of which can prove they are a doctor and qualified to answer this question. If you feel her doctor is not giving her the best possible treatment, convince her to try another doctor.
