      I think this is pretty self explanatory though I have never heard of a perfect education before. I do not think it is possible. What you know today can change tomorrow as the world changes. Then you have to relearn to adjust to new ways and newer technology. Education is a constant thus making it virtually impossible to be perfect in my opinion.
