I do not understand what you mean by disc ports. A computer has a disc drive or usb ports. A dics drive is a cd/dvd loading tray that you would put the cd into and a usb port is what you plug the usb cable into. It seems you are trying to use the cd and have the phone tethered to the computer at the same time. This is not going to work.
Download the songs from bearshare to your computer first. Make a file in your music folder for them. Then connect your phone to the computer using the usb cable and see if you can transfer the file from the computer to the phone.
