I'm assuming you downloaded windows 8. People are running into this issue after installing windows 8. no i have installed windows 7
OK, then you will have to open your speaker control panel and make sure nothing is muted. You can do that by right clicking on the speaker icon. If that is fine, then you may have to download a new sound driver.
