Take the bottom front panel off. There is a small red light that should be blinking a code. Look on the inside of the panel that you took off and there should be a guide to explain how to read the code and the problems it's having. If you don't feel comfortable fixing it at least you can call and give the information to a plumbing and heating specialist.
