I'm sorry. Must be hard to not know love. I wish you the best and hope love finds you and that you have the ability to recognize it when it does. 

You can have love for everything these includes between two humans love for your children love for animals and nature love comes in many different forms

Love is when you want to be with someone all the time; and you think about that person all the time. And you get a buzz being around him / her. You even get a buzz thinking about her/ him. And then when you get committed to each other, you feel like you're Kind of the World ! or Queen of the world. You feel like you can do no wrong . You feel like everything and everyone is wonderful. You feel confidant.You feel high on love. These feelings usually only come when you're young and in love. Older love is different.
