      Because you have exceeded their limit for posting on Facebook in a day. If you post too many times in a row, Facebook's spam 'bot will flag you and limit your number of posts or take away your ability to post for up to 3 days.

        thats true Colleen so you have to thinktwice on your posts or else you cannot post anything and also you can post consecutively give it some time like 20 minutes after then you write another post okay
