Definition of Hoi polloi?...It used to be used as ..in with the toffs but now I think it`s down with the troublemakers?
We are laughing because the dreadful snobby woman on our garden has told a neighbour that she has renamed my cute ,albeit high spirited cat as "Hoi polloi"..!!...She has million pound cats who she walks round and round the garden on leads...If Hoi Polloi means the common one..I`m proud to have him any day!!!;-)

Send him round to do his business in her garden, that'll teach her to be a snob. My little boy cat is a bit of a character too, but my little girl cat tries to be a snob, she sticks her nose up, and looks at everyone as much as to say, who do you think you are talking to ,bless her.

Ahh Cute sunny...Mine are only snobby at mealtimes..If I try to substitute cheaper brands of food..they look at me as if I`m something they dragged in!..Sounds like a plan..but its a communal garden..and I do sand pit duty everyday anyway because she always blames only my cats for "using"the garden..when there are in fact more than 30 cats in the Crescent!..But her cats are too posh to go anyway!!;-)xxx
