      Depends on your carrier I’m afraid to say. Some will send them back or deliver them postage due…….

        If you're lucky, most of the time they will send a notice for you to pick it up at your local post office.   People sometimes try to trick the postoffice into mailing for free, meaning where the sender  wants it to go, they place in the 'from' and then a fictitious address in the to.  Or even their real address.
