I’m freezing, literally………..

I saw on the news a woman with cup of hot water which was thrown in the air and instantly turn to snow, that is cold --- Chicago is now known as Chiberia. -- The Planet's weather has gone crazy.
My niece is in Chicago and I get daily weather reports from my sister. She is supposed to go there for a visit but is a sissy when it comes to cold…..
Jules, i saw on the news this evening -8/1/14 -- Texas has been hit by the freeze, showed a fountain completely iced over, surely this is arare event. :)
We freeze every rare year or so and it will only last a day or so. We’re warming up to the mid 60’s by the weekend. We didn’t get it as bad as other places in this country…………
It's just i wasn't aware Texas had cool weather, i thought it was mild in winter, say 70-75F.
