              It is an old saying, meaning that people should not be mad, just angry. "Mad Dogs" are usually diseased, and have an excuse to behave that way.

                  Yep…Mad-Hatter, overdosed on everything imaginable and survived this long. Nutty as a fruit-cake and squirrelly. Filled with baffeling Bull~~~~and ornery. Touched and weird. A Cracked Jar. Crumbled and crumpled. Mixed-up and cast as swell. Mad…so what’s your problem mapagalhu ?
