Any special plans for the next 12 months? There's a little on my plate:
1. Repairs and remodel; the floors HAVE to be replaced. (January)
2. Take a couple of classes at community college (starts 1/13)
3. Get real estate agent license (February/March)
4. Assist folks with their income tax returns (March/April)
5. Trip to Italy (July)
6. Get motorcycle and accompanying license (January-February)
Anything else I have planned would be a "resolution" and those won't last, so why bother :D
There's a grandson due on Valentine's Day (middle son) and I've decided to rekindle communication with my eldest (the one with the addiction to the addict/alcoholic). HIS problem doesn't have to be mine.

Maybe there's a "volunteer" opportunity that could turn paying???
(Maybe put the wench on the labor market? JUST KIDDING)
How about handyman? You're good at repairs, and you are an electrician. Maybe a contractor can sub out to you?
I can't get a job to save my life, but the real estate course is no cost. If I pass the test, there will be some cash out to establish, but will all be deductible as business expense. IF I can turn one sale per month, I'll feel successful.
