I've heard that little kids can drown in 2 inches of water in the bath tub.

Certainly reduces the likelihood, but you should stay out of boats, away from the docks, avoid bridges, and be supervised during baths/showers.

I love the water...am a very good swimmer...however, I've feared I could easily meet my demise by drowning...WEIRD?...(weird!)

What an odd comment.. "Be concerned about the things you don't worry about." TO ME, it sounds like I should be worrying about the tree out front falling into my home, or a car plowing into my front room from the parking lot.
Maybe we should try to figure out a way to make those scary things less likely to happen, if we can.

sometimes if little kids wade out there and a wave knocks them over, they sit there adn don' know enought to get up.That happened to my neighbor's son. Her husb ran in the water clothes on and shoes on and lifted their son up.

The person I witnessed was about 19 years old male I was about the same age at the time, on holiday with my mates. He just got knocked over by a wave, we saw him go under, we thought he was just messing around, someone a bit older pulled him out, he died on the beach. It's something I have never forgotten.
