This is a cheap iphone knock off. Because it is so cheap, there is no support for this phone. Because there is no support, there is little information about troubleshooting this phone on the internet. Throw it away and buy a phone that is not a knock off with no tech support. Or just keep searching the internet and hope you find someone who had the same problem and got the answer you need.
