Ham (spiral with cloves and pineapple), roast beef, yams, asparagus, applesauce, dinner rolls and maybe red potatoes with a beef gravy.  For desert (much later), pie with ice cream and Christmas cookies.

We are alone this year, did not want to go with friends who offered.  Just wife and me, so we won't fuss much, maybe roast an oven roaster, with veggies on side.

For meat,ham chicken,turkey & roast pork served cold.Remember it will be about 100 deg F here.

Lots of salads,cole slaw,Ice cold watermelon,mangoes,Cold seafood for entrees,Prawns (That's schrimp to you),crab & with a little bit of luck some fresh water yabbies.

We are spending Christmas day with my two nieces, we have the traditional English roast turkey, roast potatoes, stuffing, sprouts, parsnips, and any other vegetables that someone brings, gravy. And for pudding it's Christmas pudding with custard and cream. We will all take something to contribute towards the dinner. Boxing day, we will be at home and our son's will come over, we will have cold meats, ie turkey, pork, ham, beef, with mashed potatoes and pickles. All washed down with a few glasses of wine or beer, whichever anyone prefers.

I'm not really sure.  Going to my cousin's for lunch and my best friend's for dinner.  I know I am taking my pretzel-bottomed Jello treat to cousin's, and we'll have turkey, pilaf, stuffing, mashed potatoes, etc.  But at my friend's, all I know for sure is it'll be delicious.

All the trimmings except no meat we are veggie heads now lol it's good as know one wants to have Christmas with anymore brilliant I say less cooking less mess brilliant
