    How can make plan to win back the store lost customer and rebuild those relationship

    That depends on their reasons for leaving. Have you done a survey with your customers, tracked your advertising to know what works and what doesn't, offered specials? Have you used "mystery shoppers" to assess the customer service skills of your staff? Is your establishment clean? Is the outside of your store inviting? Do you have a happy staff? Do you advertise? Customers leave for good reason. What is it? You need to know that FIRST or you can never rebuild.

    If you've lost the customer, I think you're going to need to contact him personally, either by phone or mail (perhaps both, mail first) to offer an apology for the poor service/merchandise
