It's not always easy to do, but if you want success, help those around you to be successful. They will love you for it and in turn, will help you to succeed. In addition, you MUST have a  sense of humor. Often it is the most personable, not necessarily the smartest, who become the most successful. An intelligent but nasty personality, will struggle throughout life.
