I had a somewhat serious boyfirend  6 years ago, and it has dwindled to  my off and on boyfriend. Right now, he's on., I think . .......Maybe only b/c of Christmas.  AFter not hearing from his for 2 month, he called today, (12-16-13) and wanted  to take me out for lunch for my birthday  tomorrow. But, he was a day late and a dollar short. I already made other plans.
