      I'm on Google Chrome and I had the blue answer box until I cleaned up now I'm left with this garbage answer box so hopefully it improves.

        It seems that the new add a new answer box is showing for you now. Not sure why a double right click made it change over but glad it's working for you.

          I could see the answer box but when I just clicked on it nothing happened! So I tried what I explained and so far so good!

          Sorry about the misinfo Colleen but I am using Firefox as my browser.I just got a clue from Nomdeplume & switched to Internet Explorer & it worked.Seems the problem is related to Firefox.

          I guess I'm just highlighting my ignorance by throwing my 2 cents worth in.LOL.It's just seems strange to me that I can answer on I.E. but not FF.

          I think they are still looking for the bug that has affected the program on all browsers. It seems to be sporadic and is not affecting everyone which makes it harder to track.

          It's working for me on Internet Explorer but not om Firefox.
