It seems that Crofton is a private label belonging to Aldi stores. You can contact their customer service snail mail at Customer Relations, ALDI Inc., 1200 N. Kirk Rd., Batavia, IL 60510. The other thing you can do is go to the Aldi home page ( https://www.aldifoods.com ) and contact a store near your location. They may be able to help you get the manual you're looking for.
