    can i renew my niece phils pasport here while she is working abroad?

    my niece is working in Cyprus and wanted me to renew her pasport here in the Phils because its going to expired next year, is this possible and what are the requirements needed?

      I believe the person who holds the passport has to renew it. She may be able to do it on line. Check with the passport office to be sure.
