      Have you tried clicking "forgot password" on the log in page before deciding that you can not change it?

        It doesn't say "forgot password" on screen.

        OK, I'm trying to imagine what your issue as since I can not see your computer. What are you trying to log into? Windows makes a gazillion programs.
