      I've found that sometimes the features can "stick" and not respond. When that happens, I do a quick restart on my computer and then everything works again. It could be adobe flash too. It crashes a lot no matter what browser you use. Try updating the flash player you have now http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/?no_file
