I know some cultures use the word hack when they forgot their password to log into Facebook. If this is what you mean, there is a link you can click near the box where you put in the password. Click that link and a password reset will be sent to the e-mail address you used when you created your account.
If you are trying to gain access to another person's account by hacking into it, that is illegal and no one here will tell you how to do that.
