Try going to "Control Panel"...click on "recovery"...follow prompts...you may lose all files,etc...you'll be warned about stuff you'll be deleting and ask you if you are sure you want to continue...if you're not sure...check with a computer tech. who can let you know if something like that would be the way to go for you...
